Acceptance
By accessing or using Wall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Wall provides a Kanban board application with Google sign-in, drag-and-drop cards, and customizable card properties. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Your account
- You sign in using your Google account via OAuth 2.0
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
- You must comply with Google’s terms when using Google sign-in
Your content
You retain ownership of the boards, cards, and other content you create in Wall. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Wall for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Abuse authentication endpoints, including dev-only login features in production
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Wall at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wall and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wall after changes constitutes acceptance.
