Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026. This is a starting policy, not legal advice.
Overview
Wall is a Google-native Kanban application. This policy describes what information we collect when you use Wall and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We use this to identify your account and display your profile in the app.
- Board data. Boards, columns, cards, and custom property values you create are stored in our database (Cloudflare D1) to provide the service.
- Session cookies. We set an HttpOnly session cookie after sign-in to keep you authenticated. OAuth tokens are never exposed to the browser.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and provide access to your boards
- To store and sync your Kanban data
- To operate, maintain, and improve Wall
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not show third-party advertising
- We do not expose Google OAuth tokens to client-side code
Data storage
Wall runs on Cloudflare Workers with data stored in Cloudflare D1. Your data is associated with your Google account and is not shared with other users unless you explicitly collaborate through product features in the future.
